Can I get a refund?

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.

30-day money-back guarantee

Web memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you reach out within 30 days of your first purchase, we will give you a full refund. The guarantee covers that first payment only; renewal charges are not covered, and requests after the 30 days are not covered. You can cancel at any time before a renewal so you are not charged again.

To request a refund, email hello@questapp.ai from the address you subscribed with, or send us a message from Help & Feedback in the app. We reply with a personal link to the refund form, which shows your purchase date against the guarantee. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

App Store and Google Play purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot process those refunds on their behalf.

Statutory rights

Some jurisdictions, for example the EU and UK, give consumers a statutory right of withdrawal within a set period after purchase. Where applicable those rights apply regardless of our policy.
