This Subscription Policy explains how Quest's paid subscription works, including pricing, free trials, billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds. By starting a subscription or free trial, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Use.

1. Free Trial

From time to time, we offer a free trial when you sign up for Quest. The length and terms of the trial are shown at checkout. To start a trial, you provide a valid payment method. We will not charge you during the trial.

What happens at the end of the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically at the price shown at checkout, and we will charge your payment method.

You can cancel during the trial at any time. Cancellation during the trial means you will not be charged and your access will end when the trial concludes.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Quest is offered as a recurring subscription. Pricing and billing frequency (for example, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual) are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated and may vary by region. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

We may run promotions, discounts, or introductory offers from time to time. The promotional price applies for the period stated; after the promotional period, the subscription renews at the regular price.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (the same period you selected at checkout) until you cancel. By starting a subscription, you authorize us, or the platform you purchased through (for example, the Apple App Store), to charge your payment method for each renewal.

We will send you a receipt by email after each successful charge. If a charge fails, we may retry the charge or contact you to update your payment method.

4. How to Cancel

If you subscribed through Quest directly (web)

Open Settings inside the Quest app and choose Cancel subscription. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you cannot access Settings, email hello@questapp.ai from the email tied to your account and we will cancel it for you within 24 hours.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store

You can manage and cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Cancellations through the App Store are governed by Apple's terms. We cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.

If you subscribed through Google Play

You can manage and cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions. Cancellations through Google Play are governed by Google's terms.

5. What Cancellation Means

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not automatically prorate or refund partial billing periods. If you reactivate after the period ends, your subscription will start a new billing cycle at the then-current price.

6. Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.

That said, we want you to be happy. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the charge. Email hello@questapp.ai with your account email and a short note about why you're asking, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

App Store purchases. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google under their refund policies. We cannot process refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases on their behalf.

Statutory rights. Some jurisdictions (for example, the EU and UK) provide consumers with a statutory right of withdrawal within a set period after purchase. Where applicable, these rights apply regardless of this Policy. By starting to use the Service during a withdrawal period, you may forfeit certain withdrawal rights to the extent permitted by law.

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we change the price of your current subscription, we will notify you in advance, for example by email or in-app notice, before the change takes effect. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before the change applies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
