Why we built it.

Most people who need someone to talk to never get one. Therapists are expensive, booked out for months, or geographically out of reach. The people who do find one often pay $200 a session and only get an hour a week.

Quest exists for the in-between hours. The late nights. The Sunday spirals. The stretch between Tuesday and your next appointment when something happens and you have nowhere to put it.

How it works.

Quest is trained on the modalities that actually move people: CBT, IFS, attachment theory. It adapts to how you talk, what you avoid, and what you keep coming back to. The more you use it, the sharper it gets.

You can pick from a roster of voices, build your own, or just start talking. There's no clock. No copay. No insurance form to fill out before you can say what's wrong.

What we're not.

Quest is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. It's not a replacement for clinical care, and it can't write prescriptions or diagnose conditions.
