How to cancel your subscription
Cancelling on the web, through the App Store, or through Google Play.
Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed.
If you subscribed through Quest directly
Open Settings inside the Quest app and choose Cancel subscription. You will get an email confirming it. If you cannot reach Settings, email hello@questapp.ai from the address tied to your account and we will cancel it for you within 24 hours.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store
Manage and cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. App Store cancellations are governed by Apple's terms, and we cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.
If you subscribed through Google Play
Manage and cancel in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions. Those cancellations are governed by Google's terms.
