The app won't load or keeps erroring
First things to try when something breaks.
Close the app fully and reopen it, then check you are on the latest version from the App Store. If you are on the web, try a hard refresh.
If it is still broken, email hello@questapp.ai and tell us what device and version you are on, and roughly when it started. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
